We won’t just teach you how to fundraise, we will equip you with skills that will serve you for life. When you start with Altitude you will have a dedicated mentor, their role is to support you as you embark on this next journey in your career. Every step of the way there are new learnings to take on board and a criteria to progress to the next stage.
From starting out as a trainee learning basic sales and communication skills, to becoming campaign manager and learning how to manage teams, forecast for the business and recruit. You will always have someone by your side to play the role of a mentor, cheerleader and friend.
ALTITUDE ACADEMY
In your first 4 weeks our goal is to equip you with the basic skills required to be confident you can have a successful journey in sales and marketing.
The principles are simple — work hard, have a willingness to learn and bring a great attitude... we will teach you the rest!
One of our biggest values is that we “run on a two way street”. If you give 100% to your first 4 weeks we will match you and you will pick things up very quickly.

The Road to leadership
Once you get through the academy, this is when the fun really starts. You may have already had a promotion and pay rise only 4 weeks into your journey, but it is only the beginning.
Over the next 4-8 weeks the training will be based around goal setting, advanced sales skills and ultimately levelling up.
As a leader you will have the opportunity to start building your own team, running road trips and attending specialist industry events.

Rising star events
- Targeted training workshops delivered by business owners and sales managers from across Australia
- Network with the best talent from other businesses on the same journey as yourself
- Rising star events can be local, national or even an R&R weekend, with past events including the likes of Port Douglas and the Mornington Peninsula - either way they’re a great time
